Bobby Jones Golf Complex is Sarasota's only municipal golf facility with 45 holes. This
facility has two regulation eighteen hole courses and a nine hole executive course. The
American Course is a shotmaker's course with water and trees frequently coming into
play. The British Course is more open but features plenty of sand bunkers. The Executive
Course can be quite difficult. Your approach shots must be accurate because the greens
are very small. Walking is permitted after 1 PM during the peak season.

at Prestancia represents the quintessential golf experience. The Stadium Course, the
fourth in the TPC network, is a traditional TPC layout that melds signature TPC
characteristics with the designers' personal philosophies. Open areas behind the greens
frame the holes and temper the traditional stadium mounding look. Short holes have more
demanding greens and longer ones more gentle. The fairways are generous. One-third of
the holes features water hazards, while bunker use is varied but reserved. Old stands of
trees add to the challenge on the 6,927-yard, par-72 design.

Voted one of Golf Digest 3 1/2 Star Places to Play, Foxfire Golf Club offers 27 holes of
championship golf winding through trees and lakes with glimpses of abundant wildlife. This
club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The
Oak Course and the Pine Course have similar designs. The fairways are tree lined and
narrow, and the greens are small and medium speed. The Palm Course has larger greens
and more open fairways than the other courses. Water hazards (lakes, creeks, streams,
and canals) come into play on all three courses. During the off-season, a junior discount
is available after noon.
